Stay GVL was very accommodating when we forgot about DST time change the Sunday we were checking out. They allowed us an extra hour for late checkout.

Not many good hotels in Donelson Center area of Greenville but this was a very nice rental in a good neighborhood. I would definitely stay there again and recommend.

Nice neighborhood, clean, up to date, convenient location.

We have stayed in all 3 of the Sullivan's rental homes on Cumberland and they are all comfortable (thank you for such good mattresses on the beds!!!), clean and convenient.

These charming 2-bedroom cottages can't be beat! Especially love the comfortable mattresses - I never feel like the Princess and the Pea trying to sleep on the beds!

Working with Matt and Conoly was wonderful. They are very responsive!

We just LOVE 22 Cammer and have stayed there several times!

I have already made several bookings with this team and I cant say enough nice things about the property managers, Matt and Conoly. They are compassionate and attentive, and Matt has been consistently quick to respond to any questions or concerns I have had.

The beds at this property are truly luxurious!

A lovely home! It has everything needed to cook meals! I l love that the location is close to downtown. Our second stay was just as relaxing as our first stay!

Great home. Was a good size for our family since we spent little time in the house itself.

Our stay at 3 Ruby Bay Lane exceeded our expectation. I've never stayed at an Airbnb before, but certainly will in the future. The check-in and check-out procedure couldn't have been simpler. The property was very clean and the basket of treats on the table was a nice surprise upon entering the kitchen. The house was very well appointed and had EVERYTHING we needed. It was cozy, comfortable and roomy. I won't be staying in a hotel room anytime soon!

The pluses far outweigh the few issues mentioned above. It is a property that is impeccably clean and that means a LOT. The property is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood, close to downtown. The updated kitchen is a big plus!!

Matt is very attentive and I can always count on him to respond quickly whenever I have had questions and/or concerns (the latter of which there have been very few!).

The house is the perfect space for a couple or small family with its location being around friendly neighbors and in close proximity to many high-quality restaurants and shopping.
