The interior is stylishly and thoughtfully decorated. The homeowner, a professional photographer, has adorned the home with beautiful custom prints of local attractions. So even when you’re inside, you’ll be enjoying those gorgeous local views! The living room features comfortable seating and a 65” Roku television equipped with a Youtube TV subscription. The kitchen, with upgraded appliances, is well-stocked with everything you could need to whip up a delicious home-cooked meal. The desk in the dining room provides a lovely designated workspace for those looking to get a few things done in between all of the exploring. The 35-foot back deck, complete with a BBQ grill and group seating, overlooks a beautiful backyard with access to the Swamp Rabbit Trail. It’s the perfect spot to unwind after a long day of adventuring in Upstate SC!
Head upstairs and you’ll find two additional bedrooms (one with a queen bed, and the other with a trundle bed with two twin mattresses), and another full bathroom. All beds boast comfortable memory foam mattresses and luxury linens.
Now let’s talk about the unbeatable location! Greenville’s beloved Swamp Rabbit Trail – running from downtown Greenville through Travelers Rest and beyond – is lined with parks, restaurants, family-friendly breweries, and the like. An entrance to the trail is a mere 100 feet from Pathfinders Oasis! On the trail, you’re a quick 4.5 miles from Greenville in one direction, and the same distance from Travelers Rest in the other!

What about pets?
Unfortunately, this home is NOT pet friendly, and we cannot make exceptions.
We do comply with requirements for service animals; however, please note that the ADA does not consider Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) the same as Service Animals, and therefore ESAs are not covered under the same rules. Any guest bringing an ESA will need to pay for the animal as the listing description requires.
What about early check-ins and late checkouts?
We understand you want to maximize your time in Greenville, so we offer early check-in and late checkout options. NOTE: There is a small fee for this service. Standard check-in is 4:00 PM; early check-in is 1:00 PM. Standard check-out is 10:00 AM; late checkout is noon. All requests must be made ahead of time.
Do you allow long-term or frequent stays?
Long-term stays are welcome! For stays over 14 days, we require a refundable security deposit. Deposit information is below:
14 to 30-day stays: $500.00
30-day stays and over: $1000.00

What are your cleaning practices (and fees)?
Some guests have asked why our cleaning fees seem slightly higher than other rental companies. It's a fair question, and here's our honest answer: When it comes to guest safety, we will never cut corners. Some hotel cleaning staffs spend 20 minutes (at most) tidying up a room. Other rental companies charge less—and do a whole lot less cleaning! Not us. We will always go the extra mile. Sometimes, it takes our staff eight hours to properly clean and disinfect a 1-bedroom house and to commercially clean all towels and linens. Bottom line? We only charge for the necessary cleaning to ensure your safety and comfort. We inspect all properties within 24 hours of arrival.
Please note that while we take great care to maintain our patios and outdoor spaces for your enjoyment, the weather in Greenville can be unpredictable. During winter months, the patios and outdoor spaces may not be as well-maintained as we would like due to inclement weather such as rain, wind, and cold temperatures. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
What are StayGVL's office hours?
As a professional property management company, our office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You can easily reach us by email or phone. In the case of guest emergencies, we're available to you 24/7.
What do I need to do after booking?
All guests must sign (electronically) a Vacation Rental Agreement (VRA) with our company after booking. This is an insurance and state requirement, and the VRA is a reiteration of the Terms and Conditions listed in our House Rules that you agree to when booking. We require this signed agreement whether you book directly with us or through an online travel agency like Airbnb, VRBO, etc.
As a guest, you have the flexibility of a coded smart lock to check in when it's convenient for you, anytime after check-in time. We respect your privacy; we will not come to the property during your stay unless you want us to or we must address an issue.

I DO NOT KNOW HOW THIS PLACE CAME TO ME BUT BY THE GRACE OF GOD!!BECAUSE I WAS LQQKING @HOTELS IN MYRTLE BEACH,SC AN SOME HOW THIS HOUSE POPPED UP OUT THE BLUES. I DID MY RESEARCH. FILLED OUT THE DATES AND FORM AND I WAS COMFIRMED .DONE DEAL. THE DEAL WAS SOOOO GREAT THAT I DIDNOT EVEN CHECK THE DISTANCE TO MYRTLE, BECAUSE IF I DID I WOULD HAVE CHANGED IT SO GOD DID HIS THING

THE AMOUNT OF COOKING STUFF WAS AMAZING ,THE LOCATION ,PEACE ,DECOR, AND EVERYYYYTHING ELSE MADE IT GREAT FOR ME & MINES. THE WIFE POSTED EVERYYYYTHING ON HER SOCIAL MEDIA SITES. SHE WAS SOOOO AMAZED THAT SHE STATED TO STAY THERE AN NOT GO TO MYRTLE BEACH!! AN SHES A HARD WOMAN TO EGG TOO CRACK!!! SOOO YA GOT HER!!!! THANKSSSSSSSSSSS
