Walk through the front door and you’re greeted by plush seating and a mounted Smart TV, lending the perfect spot to gather or unwind as a group. The kitchen houses state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances and a gorgeous marble island spanning the room's length, with seating for eight.

There are two bedrooms on the first floor: one with a full bed and a mounted Smart TV; another with a twin trundle bed (two twins) and a desk that can serve as a designated workspace. A full bathroom and laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer are accessible from the hallway.

You’ll find a door at the top of the stairs leading to an oversized master bedroom and ensuite, complete with double vanity and a walk-in standing shower.

The quaint back deck is perfect for a morning cup of coffee or group dinner, with a charcoal grill available for your use.

We especially love making traveling with little ones easier for you. Want to leave all your bulky "baby paraphernalia" at home? StayGVL offers daily rentals of children's gear with no added delivery fees. Inquire with us about our offerings! Request those items when reserving the property, and we'll ensure they are on-site when you arrive.
 
What about pets?
Unfortunately, this home is NOT pet friendly, and we cannot make exceptions.
 
We do comply with requirements for service animals; however, please note that the ADA does not consider Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) the same as Service Animals, and therefore ESAs are not covered under the same rules. Any guest bringing an ESA will need to pay for the animal as the listing description requires.
 
What about early check-ins and late checkouts? 
We understand you want to maximize your time in Greenville, so we offer early check-in and late checkout options. NOTE: There is a small fee for this service. Standard check-in is 4:00 PM; early check-in is 1:00 PM. Standard check-out is 10:00 AM; late checkout is noon. All requests must be made ahead of time.
 
Do you allow long-term or frequent stays?
Long-term stays are welcome! For stays over 14 days, we require a refundable security deposit. Deposit information is below:
 
14 to 30-day stays: $500.00
30-day stays and over: $1000.00
 
What if I come to Greenville often?  
We love repeat travelers, and we offer seasonal discounts to repeat travelers only. Make sure you sign up for our newsletter, and you will get notifications throughout the year tailored to YOU!
 
What are your cleaning practices (and fees)? 
Some guests have asked why our cleaning fees seem slightly higher than other rental companies. It's a fair question, and here's our honest answer: When it comes to guest safety, we will never cut corners. Some hotel cleaning staffs spend 20 minutes (at most) tidying up a room. Other rental companies charge less—and do a whole lot less cleaning! Not us. We will always go the extra mile. Sometimes, it takes our staff eight hours to properly clean and disinfect a 1-bedroom house and to commercially clean all towels and linens. Bottom line? We only charge for the necessary cleaning to ensure your safety and comfort. We inspect all properties within 24 hours of arrival.


Please note that while we take great care to maintain our patios and outdoor spaces for your enjoyment, the weather in Greenville can be unpredictable. During winter months, the patios and outdoor spaces may not be as well-maintained as we would like due to inclement weather such as rain, wind, and cold temperatures. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
 
What are StayGVL's office hours? 
As a professional property management company, our office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You can easily reach us by email or phone. In the case of guest emergencies, we're available to you 24/7.
 
What do I need to do after booking?
All guests must sign (electronically) a Vacation Rental Agreement (VRA) with our company after booking. This is an insurance and state requirement, and the VRA is a reiteration of the Terms and Conditions listed in our House Rules that you agree to when booking. We require this signed agreement whether you book directly with us or through an online travel agency like Airbnb, VRBO, etc.
 
As a guest, you have the flexibility of a coded smart lock to check in when it's convenient for you, anytime after check-in time. We respect your privacy; we will not come to the property during your stay unless you want us to or we must address an issue.
